As an English Language Teacher and Corporate Trainer with over 8 years of experience, my journey began in plantation leadership. Serving as Assistant Superintendent for SLSPC and Pussellawa Plantations PLC, I mastered the art of clear, assertive communication in high-pressure corporate environments.
This unique blend of corporate management and academic rigor led me to create the signature Talk 20 program—a 20-day immersion designed to transform hesitant learners into confident, corporate-ready communicators.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in confidence-driven pedagogy. I focus on practical, real-world application through role-plays and discussions, creating a low-pressure environment where students overcome the fear of speaking before diving into complex mechanics.
